Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned data professional to join our team and leverage their expertise in SQL development, SSIS, and Azure Data Factory (ADF) to build, optimize, and maintain robust data solutions that support business operations and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions to enhance data processing and reporting capabilities.
  • Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using SSIS or ADF to integrate data from on-premise systems and cloud platforms.
  • Perform database design, query performance tuning, and data modelling to ensure high-performance data solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable data pipelines.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for processes, data models, and technical solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong experience in SQL Server development, including T-SQL, indexing, and query optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with SSIS and/or ADF for building data pipelines.
  • Proficient in ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and transformation.
  • Solid understanding of relational database concepts, data quality, and error handling.

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with Azure Synapse Analytics or Microsoft Fabric.
  • Microsoft Azure certifications.
  • Experience with Power BI or SSRS reporting tools.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in software industry.
  • B.Tech/M.Tech in CS/IT or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
