Senior Software Engineer Role

This is a key position in our Digital Technology team, responsible for developing critical applications.

The role involves designing, implementing, documenting, testing, and debugging new and existing applications while collaborating with a team of developers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis and design.
  • Serve as a technical expert on development projects.
  • Create technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
  • Maintain and document software functionality.
  • Evaluate new technologies for implementation.
  • Analyze code to identify errors and revise programs as needed.
  • Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.
Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or 4 years of equivalent work experience are required.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft .NET Framework, Microsoft .NET Core, SQL, NoSQL, and Design Patterns is essential. Experience with languages such as C, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, WCF, MS Visual Studio, MS TFS, GitHub is also necessary.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SDL RWS Tridion or similar Content Management systems, such as AEM, Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress, etc.

Project management skills, including providing project status and needs to collaborators, are highly valued.

A strong understanding of technical architectural design patterns and experience working with headless CMS implementations are desirable.

Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented systems design and Application Development is required.
