  • Delivering projects as per contract, ensuring value delivery to clients and building strong client relationships
  • Participating in Business Development activities, researching potential clients, and identifying value propositions

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with senior-level stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new tools and techniques and apply them to client problems
  • Hands-on experience and a proven track record for pursuing excellence and coping with pressure

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

• 4+ years of experience in operations consulting or a related field

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other productivity software
