Localization Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Localization Project Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will have excellent linguistic expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments.

This is a full-time position based in Alappuzha, India, and requires at least 1+ year of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and edit Spanish-language content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project guidelines.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their style guides, glossaries, and formatting requirements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and project teams to ensure deliverables meet quality expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with new software tools and workflow processes to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Apply sound judgment to identify issues and escalate them when necessary to protect quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot independently to resolve problems and prevent project delays.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality outputs.
  • Proactively identify risks and recommend process improvements for better outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure clear and timely communication.
  • Deliver work that consistently meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, and Adobe tools is required.
