Job Opportunity:

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a French Language Specialist.

 

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and spoken. They will be responsible for translating and communicating effectively across departments, supporting internal teams with French documentation, email handling, and communication.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translation and Communication: Translate and communicate effectively in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Documentation Support: Support internal teams with French documentation, email handling, and communication
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global locations
  • Procurement Assistance (if applicable): Assist in procurement or supply chain tasks (if applicable)
  • Data Accuracy and Compliance: Maintain data accuracy and follow internal processes

 

Required Qualifications:

  • French Language Certification: French language certification – Minimum B2 level (DELF/DALF/TEF/TCF)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Business, or related fields)
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication in French
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • MS Office Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
