Business Risk Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Risk Manager to play a crucial role in creating our first line of defence for Revolut Private Bank.

This position involves identifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing risks in our Private Bank, designing and implementing controls, developing and testing key procedures, creating and reviewing key risk indicators, and registering risk events.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in operational risk management in financial services, expertise in private banking or wealth management, and experience with risk identification, monitoring, and controls. Additionally, you should be able to interpret and organize complex data.

  • Risk Identification: Identify and assess risks in our Private Bank
  • Control Design: Design and implement controls
  • Procedure Development: Develop and test key procedures
  • Risk Monitoring: Create and review key risk indicators
  • Incident Reporting: Register risk events and deliver incident reports
