Financial Operations Specialist

A full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru is available for a highly skilled professional to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, audits, and taxation compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with bookkeeping, Management Information Systems (MIS) analysis, and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accurate financial records and maintain up-to-date information in Zoho Books
  • Analyze MIS reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and income tax filings
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline finance processes
  • Support audit activities and maintain operational efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance Manager to ensure smooth financial operations

Requirements:

  • CA Intermediate cleared or equivalent with practical accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory frameworks
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
