Job Role Overview

To be successful in this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients across various sectors. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective itineraries tailored to meet client requirements. Additionally, you will process quotes, block tickets, and issue tickets following receipt of payment or approval of management. You will also manage accounts receivable and payable with aggregators. This position involves coordinating lead handling from start to end using CRM systems. Administration tasks related to your portfolio will also be a key aspect of this role.
Key Responsibilities
1) Provide exceptional customer service to clients converted through various marketing channels.
2) Develop and implement tailored itineraries based on client preferences and needs
3) Process quotes and block tickets after receiving payment or obtaining management approval.
4) Coordinate with aggregator accounts and manage receivables and payables as needed.
5) Utilize CRM systems to handle leads from start to finish.
6) Manage administration tasks associated with your assigned portfolio.

Key Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. Additionally, proficiency in CRM systems and a strong understanding of the travel industry are highly desirable.
