Financial Operations Specialist

This is a full-time remote position for an Accounting Analyst. The role involves managing financial data, analyzing financial statements, supporting daily financial operations, and ensuring accurate billing processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare, review, and process client invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepares, reviews, and uploads payroll information for processing.
- Assist with bookkeeping and maintaining up-to-date financial records.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with sales, account management, and customer support teams to ensure billing accuracy and resolve customer inquiries.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of financial records.
- Recommend process improvements for greater efficiency in financial operations.
- Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar accounting or financial analysis role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
