Security Director

As a key member of our organization, we are seeking an exceptional Security Director to lead our security team and oversee contract security personnel. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to ensuring the safety and security of our people, assets, and operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of internal security staff and oversee contract security personnel to ensure seamless execution of security protocols.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures to mitigate risks and threats.
  • Conduct regular threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Crisis Management:
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans, evacuation protocols, and crisis management strategies to ensure business continuity.
  • Prepare, test, and oversee critical security-related emergencies to minimize disruption.
Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Lead, coach, and manage a small team of security professionals and support staff to achieve shared goals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align security measures with business objectives.
Vendor Management:
  • Directly oversee the local contract security provider to ensure compliance with company expectations.
  • Ensure staffing levels, training, and performance of the guard force meet company standards.
Compliance and Governance:
  • Ensure compliance with global security policies, relevant external standards, and applicable local regulations.
