Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager with a strong background in software development, specifically in .NET and ASP.NET. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

The successful candidate will lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers working on .NET technologies, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.

The Technical Manager will also be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project roadmaps, as well as driving innovation by exploring emerging technologies and recommending improvements in architecture and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of software development experience with strong expertise in .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Framework.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a technical leadership/managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and application frameworks.
  • Experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or similar) and integration with .NET applications.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and mentor developers.
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Experience with .NET Core/.NET 5+ and modern frameworks.
  • Exposure to front-end technologies (Angular, React, or Vue.js).
  • Project management experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Certifications in Microsoft .NET technologies or cloud platforms.
