Business Growth Manager Position

The role of Business Growth Manager involves overseeing the expansion and success of our financial services. This position requires collaboration with various cross-functional teams to amplify user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Growth Planning:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to optimize top-of-funnel metrics, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
  • Lead business planning for growth, including monthly targets and continuous performance tracking.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Product, Brand, Marketing, and online and offline acquisition teams.
  • Drive initiatives to impact all stages of the marketing funnel—Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Engagement, and Advocacy.
  1. Growth Strategy Execution:
  • Own the GTM strategy for new financial product launches, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and deliver cohesive, customer-centric messaging.
  1. Customer Acquisition & Retention:
  • Drive key business metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), revenue growth, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to monitor performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  1. Partnerships & Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external financial partners to scale acquisition and business programs.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (finance, product, marketing, etc.) to ensure cross-functional alignment and successful execution of growth initiatives.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to optimize business and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze customer behavior data to inform and continuously refine growth initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in driving growth for tech startups or established brands.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Deep understanding of growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
