Quality Automation Specialist



Job Description:
  • We are seeking a skilled Quality Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with mainframe testing, particularly in an Agile development or CI/CD environment.


Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automation test strategies aligned to business goals
  • Evolving predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products
  • Collaborate with teams to refine manual and automated testing requirements
  • Develop complex automation code and create low maintenance suites of stable, reusable automated tests
  • Apply testing and delivery standards by understanding the product development lifecycle


Required Skills:
  • Mainframe testing experience in Agile development or CI/CD environment
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop complex automation code
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of REXX and UCD automation skills
