Senior Accountant Role

The key objective of this position is to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks. This includes managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, and coordinating with external auditors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record journal entries, manage ledgers, and perform reconciliations as necessary.
  • Prepare and issue invoices; follow up on collections, ensuring timely payment from clients.
  • Process vendor payments, maintain payables records, and coordinate with vendors for pending filings.
  • Conduct regular reviews of GSTR-2B and Form 26AS, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage statutory dues, including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, and other applicable taxes.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports for management, providing insightful data on company performance.
  • Support audit processes, resolving queries and providing required documentation as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Graduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably with a strong background in taxation and accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, and Zoho Books.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
