Job Summary

A seasoned professional is sought after to spearhead the deployment and integration of Oracle HCM across the organization.

  • Drive digital transformation by overseeing a team of consultants and collaborating with stakeholders, technology support teams, and implementation partners to ensure seamless configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules.
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification process for all Oracle HCM modules.
  • Collaborate with SuccessFactors vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and resolve technical or business-related issues.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business units (HR, IT, Finance, etc.) and the implementation team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification process for all Oracle HCM modules.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with SuccessFactors vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure the success of the implementation and address any technical or business-related issues.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Ensure the effective configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices.
  • Training, testing & Quality assurance of HR tech products: Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and user guides.
  • Change Management and digital adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are highly valued.

Experience:

  • At least 12 years of experience in implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations (across multiple modules).
  • Deep understanding of HR processes and best practices, as well as HR technology solutions and shared services function.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management.
  • Familiarity with Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems (BMC Helix or any other third-party tools).
  • High proficiency in excel, macro, and other report automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools across HR lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Gen AI tools.
  • Familiarity with data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment.
