Quality Assurance Specialist

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for defining, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality standards and metrics to guarantee consistency and accuracy of enterprise data.
  • Lead root cause analysis and resolution of quality issues by collaborating with stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and remediate anomalies.
  • Establish quality monitoring and reporting processes, including dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs), to track progress and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience in Information Systems or
  • A Masters degree and 6 years of experience in Information Systems or
  • A Bachelors degree and 8 years of experience in Information Systems or
  • An Associates degree and 10 years of experience in Information Systems or
  • 4 years of managerial experience directly managing people and leadership experience leading teams, projects, or programs.
