  • Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Take responsibility for addressing guest complaints, requests, or inquiries related to food and beverage services.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the hotel's culinary areas.
  • Familiarize yourself with all menu items to provide expert recommendations to guests.
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently to ensure seamless service.
  • In the absence of senior staff, take orders, and advise guests on special menu options.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or emergency situations to the head of culinary services.
