Job Title: SLP Coordinator, INSLP

ATSPL - Rajasthan is seeking a highly skilled SLP Coordinator, INSLP to join our team. As a key member of our security and loss prevention team, you will be responsible for tracking losses and conducting periodic audits to mitigate local issues. You will work closely with our third-party team and provide feedback as per business and process requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track losses and conduct periodic audits to mitigate local issues
  • Work closely with the third-party team and provide feedback as per business and process requirements
  • Enhance, track, and report on metrics which are key performance indicators, allowing performance improvements so that the desired outcomes are achieved to plan and in a timely manner
  • Effectively partner with internal customers in evaluating current and future security services, processes, and initiatives
  • Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses, and prepare reports on all key shrink-related goals and metrics
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years' experience in security and loss prevention within supply chain, including significant experience in a distribution and logistics environment
  • Relevant qualification in loss prevention, security management, and related field
  • Ability to proactively gather the right data from appropriate sources, probe/consider all the facts, consider other perspectives, conduct root cause analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
  • University degree level or equivalent through experience and professional certification
  • Experience in managing or coordinating security investigations of complex nature
  • Experience in security auditing
  • Wicklander Zulawski (WZ) interview qualification
