**Offline Marketing Executive Role Overview:**

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic professional to spearhead all on-ground marketing efforts aimed at increasing brand visibility and driving student admissions. This role is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and performance tracking of offline initiatives such as open houses, orientations, RWA activations, interschool competitions, and community events.

**Key Responsibilities & Objectives:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive annual offline marketing plan aligned with admission targets and brand positioning.
  • Identify key offline channels, locations, and event formats to maximize reach within target demographics.
  • Create quarterly and monthly activation calendars, timelines, and budgets.

**Event Planning & Execution:

  • Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of events such as:
  • Open Houses and School Orientations
  • RWA Activations and Community Outreach Programs
  • Interschool Competitions, Workshops, and Fairs
  • Kiosks, roadshows, and external education events
  • Ensure seamless coordination across internal teams and event stakeholders.

**Vendor Partnerships & Management:

  • Identify and onboard relevant vendors, agencies, and community partners.
  • Handle negotiations, contracts, and vendor performance monitoring.

**Collaborative Work Environment:

  • Work closely with:
  • Admissions Team – to ensure footfall translates into inquiries and conversions.
  • Creative/Content Teams – to produce effective offline marketing collaterals.
  • Digital Marketing Team – to align offline efforts with online campaigns.

**Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track ROI on events and offline channels, measuring metrics such as:
  • Footfall, lead generation, conversion rates, and brand visibility.
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in education, events, or community engagement.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing offline campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and planning tools.

  • Strong local network and knowledge of RWA and school ecosystems.
  • Passion for education, community engagement, and brand storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
