**Job Overview:**

Civil and Structural Engineers play a pivotal role in designing and developing industrial structures for Oil & Gas and Petrochemical clients.

  • Provides engineering/design support for various projects.
  • Coordinates with offshore teams for extended engineering support as required.
  • Assists sales teams with business development initiatives.
  • Understands client requirements for various projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality standards.
  • Visits client locations for technical discussions based on project requirements, fostering strong relationships.
  • Leads Civil and Structural teams, driving growth and excellence.
  • Provides engineering support to customers' engineering teams, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinates with local authorities for approval of engineering designs and drawings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Exhibits flexibility to work in different time zones, adapting to changing project demands.

**Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a major in Structural Engineering.
  • More than 5 years of experience in industrial structural design, preferably with a proven track record of successful project deliveries.
  • Acquainted with various codes (ACI 318, ASCE, AISC, IBC, etc.), ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Good experience with structural design software (STAAD, SAFE, ETABS, etc.), enhancing efficiency and productivity.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, facilitating seamless collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Basic knowledge of modeling software (AutoCAD, PDMS, TEKLA, etc.), supporting informed decision-making.
