Effective Supply Chain Management is critical to business success. As a Senior Functional Consultant for Oracle SCM Cloud, you will play a key role in implementing cloud-based solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise relevant to the practice focus, excellent communication and client handling skills, and the ability to travel as needed. With a minimum of 4-7 years' experience in Oracle ERP application implementation, they will have a solid understanding of Fusion SCM modules and be able to develop and configure detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

We are seeking candidates with a deep understanding of supply chain management principles and practices, including demand/supply planning, product data hub, procurement, order management, inventory management, manufacturing, and maintenance. The successful candidate will also have hands-on experience with end-to-end implementations of Oracle ERP applications and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Oracle SCM Cloud modules at offshore and onshore client engagements
  • Interact with customers to understand their business processes and map them to Fusion Procurement, Order Management/Pricing, Inventory Management, Planning, PDH, Manufacturing, Costing & other SCM Cloud Modules
  • Provide quality work products to an engagement as an independent consultant
  • Apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements
  • Act as team lead on projects, consult with management of customer organizations, and participate in business development activities
  • Develop and configure detailed solutions for moderately complex projects
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • 4-7 years' experience with a minimum of 2+ years consulting/solutioning/implementation experience in Oracle ERP application
  • Expertise in at least 2 Fusion SCM modules, including Supply/Demand/Sales & Operations Planning, Fusion Product Data Hub, Fusion Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance & other SCM Cloud Modules
  • Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation experiences in Oracle ERP
  • Excellent communication and client handling skills
