About the Role

Minimizing financial losses for banks, merchants, and cardholders through efficient chargeback management is a key focus of this Senior Associate position in Retail Banking Ops-Cards Operations Issuing.

The ideal candidate will handle daily chargeback cases, investigate disputes thoroughly, and identify trends and root causes. They will also collaborate with merchants to implement fraud prevention tools and share regular insights with stakeholders to improve dispute win rates and reduce loss ratios.
