This role involves overseeing and enhancing the customer journey for merchant lending on our Business app. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying user pain points and creating intuitive digital and support experiences.
  • Analyzing drop-offs and support data to drive upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
  • Managing stakeholder communications and ensuring prioritization of fixes and features.

As a senior product manager, you will partner with Sales, Product, and Business teams to execute scalable growth and support strategies. Additionally, you will utilize first-principles thinking to lead new initiatives for improving customer experience.
