Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and analytical Financial Analyst Intern to support our equity research team.

This internship provides hands-on experience in financial modeling, analysis, and investment decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough financial analysis of companies to assess their potential for investment.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to project company performance and valuations.
  • Analyze stock trends, monitor market fluctuations, and provide insights for strategic investment decisions.
  • Write concise and informative research reports, create engaging presentations, and summarize findings for internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed documentation to support research and investment processes.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
  • Assist in tracking portfolio performance and preparing periodic updates.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc research tasks and projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing CFA Level I/II/III certification and holding a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent understanding of financial modeling techniques (e.g., DCF, comparables) and ability to interpret complex financial statements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word with advanced skills in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
  • Basic knowledge of capital markets and investment concepts with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined individual with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
