Job Overview

This Manager Workday Integration role provides leadership for the development, design, and optimization of information technology and systems functions.

The position is responsible for analysis, selection, and modification of enterprise systems, application software, installation of network hardware/software, and database management to ensure infrastructure architecture standards maximize efficiency and support platform compatibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine resources needed to meet goals and deliver tactical results, providing guidance to subordinates within established company policies.
  • Recommend changes to policies and establish procedures affecting immediate organization(s).
  • Work on assignments of diverse scope, requiring problem solving with data analysis and relevant factors.
  • Interact with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group professionals effectively communicating and presenting results/recommendations.
  • Manage activity coordination for a discipline or department, guiding teams and overseeing professionals with budgets, methods, and staffing responsibility.

Project Management

Lead large cross-functional project teams in Human Resources, primarily using project management methodology standards.

Act as a consultant to stakeholders developing project concepts by assisting with business case development, feasibility, scope, resource requirements, and budgeting.

Develop and manage core project management deliverables including detailed scope and requirements, resource plans, project schedules, risk management plans, change control processes, decision/action/risk/change/issue logs, communication plans, test strategies, and lessons learned.

Escalate critical risks, issues, changes, problems, or delays to the project sponsor and HRIS leadership as needed.
