About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Test Automation Engineer with extensive hands-on expertise in mobile test automation and API testing. Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain automated test suites for Android and iOS apps using Appium
  • Perform RESTful API and backend integration testing using RestAssured or similar tools
  • Execute tests on real devices and emulators, ensuring comprehensive platform coverage
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams in Agile ceremonies, including 3 Amigos sessions
  • Analyze mobile logs and utilize debugging tools to resolve complex issues
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bitrise, GitLab CI/CD)
  • Validate app deployments and contribute to robust mobile release workflows

Key Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of overall testing experience, with 2+ years in mobile automation
  • Strong experience with Appium and API testing using RestAssured
  • Thorough understanding of iOS and Android platforms, including use of emulators and physical devices
  • Experience working in CI/CD environments for mobile apps
  • Excellent debugging skills and comfort with mobile logs and tooling
