Senior Automation Specialist

About the Role:

• This role will involve leading Siemens Opcenter EXPH Installation Qualification, Upgrade, Development, and Configuration projects from start to finish.
• You will be responsible for defining the integration of various hardware and software components, troubleshooting, and managing rework while testing.
• Experience in automation, SCADA, historian, MES, and related software projects throughout the entire project delivery lifecycle is essential.
• Familiarity with Opcenter execution pharma (formerly SIMATIC IT eBR) is also required.
• A strong understanding of Oracle DB, .NET, C#, VB, SQL, MS SSRS query building, and reporting template design is necessary.
• You will develop overall solution architecture (HW, SW, Network) for clients and perform upgradations, patching, hardware support, security, and system access.
• Providing technical expertise in implementing upgrades and patching is also part of the job.
• Analyze recipe processes to conceptualize electronic recipe design, plan logical and operational workflow, define data input and output, parameters.
• Experience with Siemens Opcenter EXPH modules like user management, PI management, PI process, PI review, weighing and dispensing, XSI console, equipment management, material flow management, weighing and dispense, PI assembly is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot, manage rework while testing, validation activities.
2. Lead Siemens Opcenter EXPH Installation Qualification, Upgrade, Development, and Configuration projects.
3. Define integration of various hardware and software components.
4. Develop overall solution architecture (HW, SW, Network).
5. Perform upgradation, patching, hardware support, security, and system access.
6. Provide technical expertise in implementing upgrades and patching.
7. Analyze recipe processes to conceptualize electronic recipe design.

Education and Certifications:

The following education and certifications are preferred but not required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Siemens Opcenter EXPH certification.
