• Job Summary:
• We are looking for a Product Security Engineer II with experience in program/project coordination, preferably in security or risk domains.
• The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with security review processes and exception management is essential.

Responsibilities

1. Support Security Governance: Manage end-to-end security sign-off processes across multiple product development streams.
2. Coordinate Security Reviews: Coordinate security review workflows, tracking timelines and ensuring SLA compliance.
3. Lead Exception Management: Lead security exception management program including intake, assessment coordination, and approval tracking.
4. Facilitate Cross-Functional Meetings: Facilitate cross-functional security program meetings and stakeholder communications.
5. Develop Metrics and Dashboards: Develop and maintain security program metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
6. Communicate Risk Trends: Oversee security risk posture documentation and communicate risk trends to leadership and stakeholders.
7. Coordinate AI Governance: Coordinate AI governance processes for generative AI implementations, ensuring proper review workflows.
8. Drive Process Improvements: Drive process improvements and automation opportunities within security operations, including but not limited to leveraging GenAI and agentic AI.
9. Maintain Security Program Documentation: Establish and maintain security program documentation, standards, and operating procedures.

Requirements

• Education and Experience: 4-8 years experience in program/project coordination, preferably in security or risk domains.
• Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail. Experience with security review processes and exception management. Knowledge of security frameworks and risk management principles.
• Aptitude and Skills: Understanding of AI/ML project lifecycles and governance considerations. Good communication skills with ability to work effectively across technical and business teams. Proficiency in tracking tools, documentation systems, and process management. Tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence, SDLC and Risk management.
• Certifications and Training: Security-related certifications or training like Security+ (CompTIA), CISSP Associate or AI/ML Security.
• Industry Experience: Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
• Background and Preferences: Background in security operations or product development support. Experience incorporating agentic AI solutions into internal business processes, preferably on AWS Bedrock.
