We are seeking an accomplished Tower Design Professional to lead our Utility and Power Infrastructure projects in India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and estimating tower structures that meet international standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Tower Design Engineering: Prepare design calculations, structural analysis, and detailed tower drawings in compliance with IS, IEC, ASCE, ASTM, etc.
  • Estimation & Costing: Develop BOQ, BOM, and cost estimations for tendering and project execution.
  • Tendering & Client Coordination: Evaluate client specifications, tender documents, and provide technical & commercial proposals.
  • Project Planning: Coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and site execution teams to ensure alignment of design with project requirements.
  • Load Analysis & Optimization: Perform load analysis, proto development support, and optimization of tower design for cost-effectiveness.
  • Estimation & Project Leadership: Lead the estimation process for domestic and international transmission & substation projects.
  • Feasibility Studies & Risk Assessment: Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessment, and value engineering for new projects.
  • Planning & Resource Management: Support planning, scheduling, and resource management to meet project deadlines.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients, consultants, and third-party inspection agencies for design approvals and clarifications.
  • ERP Implementation: Implement ERP/SAP systems for estimation, planning, and inventory management.
  • Team Mentoring: Mentor junior engineers and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil Engineering (Master's in Engineering preferred).
  • Experience: 05–12+ years of experience in Tower Design, Estimation, and Project Planning in Power Transmission / Telecom Tower industry.
  • Skills: Hands-on expertise in design software (STAAD, PLS-CADD, AutoCAD, MS Tower) and ERP tools (SAP/JDE).
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of international standards (IS, IEC, ASCE, ASTM, etc.).
  • Global Experience: Experience in global tendering & estimation for OHTL, Substations, and Telecom Tower projects.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
