We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our leadership team in a strategic role that drives cross-functional priorities, ensures smooth operations across multiple business units, and conceptualizes and executes global events.

This role requires a unique blend of organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a strong bias toward execution.

  • Work directly with the Founder on high-level initiatives, decision-making, and project execution.
  • Manage and coordinate across multiple business units, ensuring alignment of goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Drive planning, execution, and stakeholder management for events, conferences, and forums.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry tracking to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a central point of communication and ensure follow-through on commitments.
  • Oversee operational excellence, monitoring KPIs and executing day-to-day activities.
  • Support business development, partnerships, and relationship management with high-level stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in strategy, startup roles, or related fields.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work across functions simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
