We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Heading Day to Day Operations:
    • Oversee accounts payable department and B2C revenue and AR, including vendor payments, collections, and reconciliation activities.
    • Manage cash to revenue reconciliation and cash to expense/payable reconciliation on a monthly basis.
  • Building Relationships:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any billing or payment concerns promptly professionally.
    • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve customer disputes and issues.
  • Team Supervision:
    • Supervise and mentor a team of accounts receivable clerks or specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
    • Delegate tasks, set targets, and ensure the team's adherence to departmental goals and objectives.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Continuously review and improve accounts receivable processes, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Implement automation tools or software solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual efforts.
  • Financial Analysis:
    • Monitor cash flow by analyzing accounts receivable aging reports, identifying potential risks, and developing strategies to minimize bad debt and maximize cash collections.
    • Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, metrics, and KPIs for management and financial reporting purposes.
  • Reporting and Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal control policies related to Accounts receivable and credit management.
    • Suggest accounting for new business transactions in line with applicable accounting standards.
