Advanced Mobile Tester

As a mobile tester, you will be responsible for defining the testing scope within the release context and providing status to the test lead or manager. You will also support the testing team, collaborate with business analysts, functional leads, and the development team, and contribute to test planning and managing testing effort for releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define Testing Scope: Determine the testing scope within the release context, ensuring that all relevant aspects are covered.
• Provide Status Updates: Regularly provide status updates to the test lead or manager, keeping them informed of progress and any issues encountered.
• Support Testing Team: Collaborate with the testing team to ensure that all testing efforts are aligned and effective.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business analysts, functional leads, and the development team to ensure that testing requirements are met.
• Contribute to Test Planning: Participate in test planning and managing testing effort for releases, ensuring that all testing activities are well-planned and executed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• E-commerce Domain Expertise: Have experience in e-commerce domain expertise, including mobile and web testing.
• API Testing Experience: Have experience in API testing, ensuring that APIs are thoroughly tested and meet requirements.
• Comprehensive SDLC Knowledge: Possess comprehensive knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and methodologies.
• Test Plan and Case Writing Skills: Be proficient in writing test plans and cases, ensuring that all testing activities are well-planned and executed.
• Integration, Functional, Black Box, User Acceptance, System, Smoke, and Regression Testing Experience: Have experience in various testing types, including integration, functional, black box, user acceptance, system, smoke, and regression testing.
• Ability to Identify Test Scenarios: Be able to identify test scenarios and estimate test effort, ensuring that all testing activities are well-planned and executed.
• Jira and Agile-Driven Project Experience: Have experience working on Jira and agile-driven projects, ensuring that all testing activities are well-planned and executed.
• Performance Testing and Firebase Analytics Experience: Have experience in performance testing and Firebase analytics, ensuring that all testing activities are well-planned and executed.
• Mobile Testing Tool Experience: Have experience using mobile testing tools, ensuring that all testing activities are well-planned and executed.
• Strong Written and Communication Skills: Possess strong written and communication skills, ensuring that all testing activities are well-documented and communicated effectively.
• Effective Managerial and Testing Techniques: Use effective managerial and testing techniques, ensuring that all testing activities are well-planned and executed.
