Job Overview:

We are seeking an innovative researcher to contribute to our Advanced AI R&D lab in India. As a key member of the team, you will work on developing novel approaches to solve complex scientific problems using core technologies such as large language models (LLMs), evolutionary algorithms, and other machine learning techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cutting-edge research in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and adjacent fields to address complex business and societal challenges.
  • Design, develop, and optimize models and algorithms involving innovative architecture and training methodologies.
  • Publish research findings in top-tier peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product teams, engineers, domain SMEs, and client teams to transition prototypes into production-ready solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and related fields.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Computer Science or another technical field. Exceptional bachelor's or master's degree candidates will also be considered.
  • The ideal candidate will have both theoretical and hands-on experience with LLMs.
  • 2 years of experience with multi-agents.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI or ML research.
  • Strong implementation skills in Python.
  • Experience with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Keras, Scikit-Learn.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
