Enterprise Technology Leadership Role

Job Title:

As a seasoned program manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that enhance our organization's security framework. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex identity projects aimed at securing access, ensuring compliance, reducing insider threats, and enabling modern streamlined identity management across on-prem, cloud, and SaaS environments.

Key Responsibilities:

2. Lead stakeholder engagements and work streams related to specific programs or portfolios in conjunction with CTO values and principles.">
3. Provide oversight of highly skilled project resources and project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle and ensure timely execution of project deliverables.">
4. Apply well-developed consulting skills and in-depth industry and functional knowledge in the execution of assignments.">
5. Establish right frameworks, governance, and metrics to manage programs effectively.">
6. Help lead proposal development and other new business development activities by leveraging existing relationships with C-level executives.">
7. Provide input into engagement decisions, including work plan and timeline, project management, resource allocation, and career development of staff members.">
8. Develop program strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training.">
9. Develop short- and long-term goals, KPIs, and objectives, and develop and execute against operational plans.">
10. Manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements.">
11. Be a mentor to the team and constantly evaluate opportunities for learning and upskilling, and lead/coach the team to fulfill any gaps.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. ">
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.">
3. Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of compliance requirements related to identity and access management, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and NIST.">
4. Minimum 10+ years of experience in consulting or handling change programs within investment banking.">
5. Proven experience as a Program Manager; thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods (Agile and Waterfall).">
6. Experience in managing full complex, firm-wide infrastructure-related transformation project delivery, which requires coordination across multiple corporate functions and technology partners.">
7. Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles.">
8. Excellent Communication, Leadership skills, Organization Skills, along with experience in conflict management/issues resolution.">
9. Flexibility (Openness to Change): Adapts effectively to changing plans, domains, and priorities; is open and flexible when faced with changing project constraints and timelines.">
10. Detailed knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, Jira, Confluence, and PowerBI will be preferred.">
11. Attention to detail and high-quality standards of documentation, processes, and control environment.">
12. Deals comfortably with ambiguity: Stays on target to complete goals regardless of obstacles or adverse circumstances.">
13. An understanding of investment banking functions and standard financial products like Derivatives, Bonds, Loans, and Equity will be useful.">
14. 3-5 years of experience in project/delivery management experience, managing or strongly contributing to the delivery of Public Cloud build-out and application transformation programs is required.">
