Key Responsibilities:

This role involves contributing to a wide range of areas of the business beyond your responsibilities, allowing you to gain exposure to how a fast-scaling startup operates.

You'll have the chance to learn a huge breadth of skills and grow into a senior position within the recruitment function as early stage experience and in-depth knowledge of the business are gained.

The following key tasks will be performed:

  • Posting and managing job adverts on various job boards.
  • Performing active candidate outreach via platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Buidling screening and assessment processes including technical assessments, video interviews, and creating questions.
  • Reviewing job applications and marking assessments.
  • Performing background checks on candidates.
  • Creating candidate shortlists for clients.
  • Handling candidate communication and coordination, providing feedback and responses promptly.
  • Buidling and managing relationships with institutional partners such as universities and colleges.
  • Buidling employer brand awareness and presence through events and networking.
  • Continually refining screening and assessment processes.
  • Reporting on and managing recruitment performance.
  • Actioning items from client calls and performance reviews.
  • Creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new and existing processes.

  • A minimum 3 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in a startup environment or scale-up.
