Technical Infrastructure Specialist

As a Lead Technical Support Engineer, you will play a key role in the implementation and support of software and hardware infrastructure.
Responsibilities include identifying hardware and software requirements, staying updated with latest trends, designing highly available product deployment architecture, network security, and deploying monitoring tools.
You will also use automation for deployments and system upgrades, diagnose customer reported problems, and provide technical reviews of user documentation.
Additionally, you will assist with knowledge-sharing initiatives, product release training, and documentation.
- Develop and implement technical solutions to improve infrastructure efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy new technologies.
- Evaluate and recommend new technology to meet business needs.
Key Qualifications:
9 to 11 years of experience in software and hardware infrastructure implementation and support.
BE (IT/Computers), MCA degree.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
