A high-performing collections and repossession professional is required to manage a team, achieve targets, and resolve customer issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of professionals to achieve targets and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Utilize performance metrics tools to track and analyze progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with legal knowledge, including arbitration procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-8 years' experience in collections and repossession.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle and auto loans.
  • Team handling experience of at least 5 years.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with performance metrics tools.
  • Familiarity with legal procedures and terminology.
