  • Deploy and monitor merchandisers across regions, evaluate performance, and take data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and execute incentive plans and salary structures in coordination with the 3P team.
  • Work closely with sales and IT teams to maintain pricing updates in SAP and DMS, create sales contests, and track sales performance.
  • Monitor and share rolling forecasts on all A&P spend pools, operating within planned budgets to drive business growth.

Requirements:

Business & Functional Knowledge: Knowledge of the FMCG industry, especially sales & distribution channels. Familiarity with marketing concepts and comfortable interacting with agencies.

Technical Skills: Project management, budget control, communication, etc.

Experience: An MBA graduate with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in Sales/Marketing/Trade Marketing, preferably in an FMCG.
