Lab Expert for Student Development

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to support the growth of students in Allied and Healthcare programs.

About the Role

This position is ideal for a highly skilled professional who can deliver practical training sessions, maintain laboratory safety, and ensure the availability of equipment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct laboratory sessions for undergraduate students in allied and healthcare programs.
  • Assist faculty members in preparing and evaluating practical skills aligned with curriculum standards.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment, inventory, and ensure timely calibration and servicing.
  • Enforce safety protocols and proper waste disposal practices.
  • Collaborate with academic faculty to align laboratory content with theoretical components of the course.
  • Provide technical support to students during skill development and internal assessments.
  • Participate in curriculum review and development of new laboratory manuals.
  • Maintain documentation for laboratory sessions, stock registers, and compliance audits.
Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (minimum) in relevant Allied and Healthcare field from a recognized university.
  • Master's Degree or additional certifications is an added advantage.
Key Skills:
  • Proficiency in handling laboratory equipment.
  • Strong communication and instructional skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards.
  • Basic computer literacy for academic documentation and report generation.
