Logistics Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a meticulous and dependable Logistics Operations Specialist to manage the behind-the-scenes logistics that make pet relocation smooth and stress-free. This role is ideal for someone who excels in coordinating multiple tasks, ensuring compliance, and guaranteeing timely delivery of pets to their destinations.

  • Coordinate logistics: Manage all aspects of pet relocations, including flights, permits, transportation, and documentation.
  • Communicate with stakeholders: Liaise with airlines, transport partners, vet clinics, and government bodies to arrange travel and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain records: Keep organized records of every move, including expenses, timelines, and communication logs.
  • Ensure timely delivery: Monitor live pet shipments and ensure timely, secure delivery to clients.

This role requires strong organizational and time-management skills to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
