Job Title: Manufacturing Executive

Position Overview:

The Manufacturing Executive will lead the production team in achieving business goals and objectives. This role requires effective leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations across manufacturing departments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and implement production strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Lead the management of production lines, including manual insertion, SMT Line, PCB, and unit assembly.
  • Collaborate with the planning team to execute material planning, achieve MPP targets, and resolve daily challenges.
  • Conduct regular meetings with production teams to address productivity, efficiency, and quality concerns.
  • Coordinate inter-departmental activities and ensure effective communication.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to minimize non-quality costs.
  • Monitor and refine daily production planning based on OTDM requirements and BOL.
  • Drive projects to overcome repeated barriers hindering KPI achievement.
