Building Management Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Management Systems Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role in the execution and management of IBMS systems, MEP services, and central chiller plants for large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Execution & Coordination: Manage the execution of MEP works related to HVAC, chilled water plants, utility systems, and IBMS integration.
  • Design Review: Review MEP and IBMS design drawings, BOQ, equipment specifications, and shop drawings.
  • Technical Review: Validate system architecture for BMS, HVAC, Chiller Plant Manager (CPM), SCADA/DCS, and utility monitoring systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement QA/QC checks for equipment installation, piping, cabling, and control systems.
  • Operations Management: Conduct performance testing of chiller plants and IBMS dashboards, optimize plant operation through automation, control strategies, and energy efficiency.
Mandatory Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chilled water plants, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, valves, and utility systems.
  • Hands-on experience in IBMS integration (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks protocols).
  • Project execution experience in Data Centers / Hospitals / Airports / Large Commercial Buildings.
  • Familiarity with electrical panels, PLC/DCS, VFDs, UPS, DG, and power monitoring systems.
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency standards & green building codes (LEED/IGBC).
  • Expertise in project scheduling & reporting (Primavera/MS Project).
