Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead the development of a highly scalable, distributed SaaS-based Security Risk Prioritization product.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and experience managing cross-functional teams. They will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment of the product, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Leadership : Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.

- Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of software development principles, including object-oriented design, architecture, and Agile methodologies.

- Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Candidate Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, 8-10 years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Preferred Skills : Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, Elastic Search, and Redis.
