Senior Software Engineering Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineering Manager to lead our software development team. As a senior member of our technology leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of our real-time trading applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign tasks to and oversee the completion by team members under your supervision.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize high-performance trading applications using C++ and C# programming languages.
  • Integrate third-party APIs with internal systems, such as market data feeds and FIX protocol, to enhance functionality.
  • Oversight and optimization of codebases for low-latency execution and high-throughput processing.
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks to ensure platform stability and reliability.
  • Maintenance of production trading systems, troubleshooting issues, and resolution of incidents efficiently.
  • Development of back-testing frameworks and historical data analysis tools for strategy research and development.
  • Evaluation and adherence to security, compliance, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in team management and leadership.
  • Proficiency in C++ and C# programming languages.
  • Experience with integrating third-party APIs, such as market data feeds and FIX protocol.
  • Knowledge of designing and optimizing low-latency and high-throughput systems.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
  • Understanding of security and compliance requirements in the fintech industry.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
