Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design teams to create innovative and aesthetically pleasing interior and landscape designs for various projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial and hospitality interiors.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Photoshop, SketchUp, and other relevant software.
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings, materials, and quantity assessments.

Salary Range: ₹6.00 LPA - ₹10.00 LPA (depending on qualifications and experience).
