Imaging Solutions Specialist Job Description

The Imaging Solutions Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing infrastructure build deployment strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to draft and finalize designs, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.

  • Developing and implementing build deployment strategies for offline, online, and 1E environments.
  • Drafting and finalizing operating system, Active Directory, GPO, and applications team collaborations.
  • Reviewing earlier versions of infrastructure and incorporating changes needed to fix issues, update software, and upgrade systems.
  • Working on in-place upgrade strategies for Windows 10 based on Microsoft releases.
  • Supporting the development and verification of test methods for infrastructure.
  • Developing detailed test procedures and instrumentation to perform tests and minimize risk within the constraints of the test plan.
  • Troubleshooting file and registry-related application problems on Windows operating systems.
  • Maintaining knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, particularly Windows 10 and Windows 7.
  • Resolving SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and other SCCM issues.
  • Monitoring ticket queues and resolving tickets.
  • Deploying SCCM with CO management.
  • Knowledge of Windows servicing, Windows as a service, and cloud-based endpoint management workloads.
  • Creating Low-Level Design Documents, Technical Documentation, and reports for multiple workplace services.
  • Contributing to new infrastructure builds, migrations, and upgrades.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology with at least 4-7 years of experience in IT, majority of which should be in infrastructure/SOE/imaging, SCCM, and troubleshooting.
  • Good communication and vendor management skills to interact with businesses globally.
  • Fluency in English with the ability to work autonomously in an international environment.
  • Experience in ITIL processes and framework.
  • Ability to collaborate, influence, and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Team player with flexibility to adapt to change, including shifting and competing priorities.
