The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enterprising individual to join our HR team as a Human Resources Generalist. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing candidates from various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Managing job postings and ensuring they are accurately represented
  • Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Communicating with candidates to clarify requirements and provide feedback
  • Maintaining accurate metrics and data to inform recruitment strategies
  • Guiding candidates through the interview process and onboarding them into the organization
  • Developing and maintaining social media knowledge to enhance recruitment efforts

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within Professional Services, with a strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility across all levels of the organization
  • Strong team player with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong networker and relationship builder with a proven track record of success
  • Good communication skills and a strong understanding of business principles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
