Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team at Miratech, a leading cloud contact center platform provider. Our client offers advanced tools for call routing, analytics, and automation, and we are looking for a talented individual to help us deliver high-quality voice call capabilities for our customer call/contact center solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions using Java and the Spring Boot 3.2.x framework to build robust back-end services and APIs (microservices).
  • Deploy applications using Google Cloud Platform services, ensuring optimal cloud solutions.
  • Conduct debugging and troubleshooting using relevant tools to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges associated with large-scale systems.
  • Maintain a positive and self-motivated approach, taking ownership of projects and tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals.
Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of industry experience in software development with focus on VoIP systems.
  • Strong expertise in full-stack development, with a proven track record in designing and building back-end logic for web applications with microservices architecture.
  • Proficient in Java, with a solid understanding of the Spring Boot 3.2.x framework.
  • Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform services.
  • Skilled in front-end development using React.js to create dynamic web applications.
  • Strong background in database management, including experience with data stores, relational databases, and NoSQL databases.
  • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, utilizing relevant tools effectively.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems and contribute to large-scale systems.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Positive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
Nice to Have:
  • Good understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, RTP, RTCP, and WebRTC.
  • Familiar with MFE and single-spa framework
  • Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines, and applying best practices for security/compliance, observability, and monitoring in a DevOps environment.
  • Experience in database optimization and design of highly available and scalable data architecture.
  • Experience with Contact Centre, IVR, Virtual Agents, and telecommunications service providers is advantageous.
