We're seeking a high-impact generalist business role that involves working closely with founders on cross-functional initiatives. It's an intense, always-on, high-impact position.

The ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguity, enjoy solving unstructured problems, and excel at collaborating across functions.

  • Solve complex, cross-functional problems that don't have clear owners — bringing clarity, driving execution, and delivering outcomes.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to maximize revenue through initiatives such as identifying and fixing funnel leakages, shaping pricing/packaging strategies, and enabling the team with better processes and tools.
  • Work closely with customer success teams to drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn through strategic inputs and process design.
  • Drive revenue and capacity planning, ensuring resources and targets are aligned.
  • Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards for accurate, actionable data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • A passion for all things business and sales, with a willingness to get hands dirty.
  • Ability to context-switch between domains (support → sales → CX) without losing depth.
  • Comfortable with early-stage startup imperfections and able to operate in disorder.
  • High agency and adaptability to make things happen.
