Job Opportunity:

Deep Technical Expertise in Oracle Utilities C2M Suite

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a C2M Architect/Techno-Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Oracle Utilities C2M suite, with a strong focus on customer care and billing (CC&B), meter data management (MDM), service and asset-based architecture, field service integration, smart grid gateway (SGG) for head-end system integration, and expertise in meter-to-cash (M2C) processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement C2M solutions that meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and architecture blueprints
  • Lead cross-functional teams and conduct architecture reviews and workshops
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks in solution delivery

Requirements:

Technical Skills:
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • SOA Suite
  • Oracle MFT
  • Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture
  • Head-end system integration, AMI, and SCADA data flows (via SGG or custom adapters)
  • Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL, and performance optimization techniques
Architectural and Leadership Skills:
  • Enterprise utility architecture design experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Capability to lead cross-functional teams and conduct architecture reviews and workshops
  • Risk identification and mitigation planning in solution delivery
